Federally mandated disclosure:
I am required to advise you that we are a debt relief agency and that we assist people in filing bankruptcy under the United States Bankruptcy Code, even though I am a licensed attorney authorized to practice law in Arkansas State and Federal Courts. I have handled thousands of legal cases involving a myriad of legal issues. Federal bankruptcy code was modified in 2005 to require this disclosure for any attorney who represents people in U.S. bankruptcy court. In my opinion, this was a blatant attempt by Congress to discredit attorneys who have dedicated their lives to assisting people who need bankruptcy protection.
