Don Brady graduated from the Phillips University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion in 1985. He then went to Seminary, where he received a Masters in Divinity in 1988. Mr. Brady went on to attend law school at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where he received his J.D. in 1996. Mr. Brady was licensed in Arkansas in 1997 and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 1998. As of September 12, 2018, Mr. Brady is the only attorney nationally certified in the areas of consumer and business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Brady served as the first president of the Northwest Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar Association.
Attorney R. Jeff Conner graduated with honors from Troy University in 1985 with a BAS in electronics management. He then went to work in the insurance claims industry, where he was promoted ahead of his peers into claims management. After almost ten years in claims, Mr. Conner attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he obtained his JD in 1998. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 1998, Mr. Conner has dedicated himself to the general practice of law, with an emphasis on representing consumer and small business clients.

Attorney R. Jeff Conner handled a case of first impression in Arkansas and had the trial Court reversed . The case invloved a retired school teacher who shot two neighbors that were involved in tearing out the teacher's garden.
This was a very complicated, hotly contested bankruptcy case, where our client prevailed after a lengthy trial.
